Strategy Optimizer Runs Very Slow and Crashes NT With New Version

Hello,

I have the most recent version of NT8 (from what I can tell). I downloaded it earlier this week. I'm seeing that the Optimizer within the Strategy Analyzer runs super slow compared to the last version of NT8 that I had. Also, when I Run the Optimizer it seems to crash NT8 about 50% of the time. This rarely happened before I downloaded the new version of NT8. Is anyone else seeing this happening? Any help would be great because I use the Optimizer very frequently and this has become a big hindrance to my productivity.

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
