Connection to continuum

Trying to get the whole thing up and running, got my bank account linked/verified and purchased the $12 per month data subscription from Ninjatrader. I'm trying to get the "My Ninjatrader Continuum" connected but can't seem to get it. Under the connections tab I can find it, add it, and the configure it using the same login and pw that I use to log into the Ninjatrader desktop platform but it never connects and says "invalid login or password". However, if I chose the "My Ninjatrader" connection (not the My Ninjatrader continuum) and I configure it using the same login and PW it connects. Every video and thread I see explains that the continuum should be available and I'm assuming I need to use it instead of the "My Ninjatrader" connection? Please help, thanks

In short, you should be using the 'My NinjaTrader' connection.
