Candle Speed/Price Feed

Unsure what the keywords are, but basically stating, I want to be able to see price updates move as fast as the web version. I am trading super quickly and would like to see the much smaller movements. How can I change the update speed?

Unfortunately there is not an option to change the chart update interval within NinjaTrader Desktop at this time.

Updates to price are not restricted when using On each tick or On price change. I don’t have experience of the web version, but can tell you that the Desktop version has charts hard-coded to refresh 4x per second - which may be what you are finding restricting/inadequate (you, me and many others, since NT8).

If this is your case, go to User AppShare and find TickRefresh add-on.
I would recommend you search the Forum for Chart Refresh rate, Chart Lag etc and familiarise yourself, potential pitfalls etc, and also consider a PC clock sync and ChartLag indicator in conjunction so you can see not only as fast as price updates, but also that you are seeing it when it happens not some time later due to lag.
