daily 50 SMA on 5 min chart

Hello is it possible to display on the 5 min chart the daily 50 SMA ? The input series in the properties can't be changed, only the input series of the current displayed chart is available.

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

You can! Essentially, adding a secondary data series within the same chart will allow you to use it for its indicators. I'm attaching a screenshot of what this looks like:






You'll notice that the second data series (Daily ES) is not visible, I've taken the panel splitter and moved it down so it's not visible.
