Errors and Issues

I am trying to connect NT to a new Bulenox eval account. I went through the steps listed here https://support.ninjatrader.com/s/ar...language=en_US

When I first log into NT, I get this error message saying "Unable to verify entitlements". I couldn't find any info on this.
Then, when I try to follow the steps, I do not see a "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage". I see one that just says "Rithmic". I tried to configure this to see what happens but when I connect, it just connects without any accounts.. not even a Sim.
Any help is appreciated.

I figured it out.. it was having 2FA enabled that was causing this. Disabling it for every login attempt fixes the issue.. now the 2FA bug just needs to get fixed.
