Chart trader

When I was using ninja trader sim I could right click my chart and place an order that way. However when I funded my account that option is no longer there. I turned on chart trader and when I right click there is no longer the 4 options to place a trade. How do I get this back?

Thank you for the message.

If Chart Trader is on, then the right-click window on that chart should have the order entry buttons.

Please make sure you are right-clicking within the same window that Chart Trader has been activated on.

If the behavior continues, what is the exact version of NinjaTrader you are using? Go to the Control Center > Help > About.

Along with the version, take a few screenshots to show that Chart Trader is active on the chart and what the Right-click menu looks like for the chart.
