Unable to chart DX with delayed data from IB

I am using IB data with no issues but am unable to open a DX chart. IB serves delayed DX data and I can see that the data is present via a second charting platform which uses the same feed. However when I attempt to open it within NinjaTrader I get a message stating - Error on requesting bars series: "Historical Market Data Service error message: No market data permissions for NYBOT FUT"

Any ideas, as the data is there. It is just not real-time.

Thank you for posting.

Currently delayed data is not supported within NinjaTrader and in order to load data within charts real time data is required. If any changes are made to your IB account to enable real time data be sure to restart NinjaTrader.
