can't place entry "trading from chart" if not on whole pip

Trying to place orders using "trading from the chart" in NT8, yet if I am 1 single pippette off, it instantly rejects my order. This is very frsutrating and clunky. What's going on?

I emailed support about this, and they replied:



"Thank you for choosing NinjaTrader.

Unfortunately, we do not offer trading with pip increments.

Sorry for the inconvenience."



What does that even mean?? What else do FX markets move in increments of??

Thank you for posting.

Can you tell me what broker you are connecting to within NinjaTrader and please attach a screenshot of the error you are receiving.
To capture a screenshot I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to capture a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your reply.
