    General Process Connecting Ninja Trader to IB - Non Tech Person

    Hoping you can provide some clarity on next steps:

    What I've done already
    - setup account for Ninja Trader through Apex as part of prop firm simulation
    - At this point I realized that I wanted to trade my cash account with Interactive Brokers through Ninja Trader

    I completed the following Tasks
    - Connected the gateway for both Paper and Cash accounts to Ninja Trader
    - Tried to add Multiple Broker Add On for Desktop Platform - Unsuccessful

    The ninjatrader website didn't allow my payment to process for the Multiple Broker Add on ($99/month) and I'm now being asked for an Account plan where it's asking me to Import a License Key

    Assuming I want to Trade ES and MES (micros) AND I already have data through Interactive Brokers

    What do I need to do to successfully add the multiple Broker Add on?
    Are there any other fees to use Ninja Trader, other than Multi Broker Add On? ie additional data or transaction charges?

    Thank you for the message.

    You will need the Multi-broker add-on to be able to see the Live and Paper Accounts from Interactive Brokers within NinjaTrader.
    The forum is not a good place to discuss your personal account entitlements and why they aren't working as this is publicly facing and we cannot discuss you or your account here.

    If you aren't able to add the Multi-broker add-on to your NinjaTrader username, then please reach out to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com
    • Take some screenshots of what happens when you try to add it and include those with your message.
    • Include the Username that you are trying to add the Multi-broker add-on under.
    • Send us the email so we may investigate further.

    If your trades are through Interactive Brokers account, then NinjaTrader doesn't charge any additional fees other than the Multi-broker add-on.
    • You would need to reach out to Interactive Broker's support team for more information on what kind of fees they charge and when.
