After login, cannot access the dashboard

After login, cannot access the dashboard. It goes to https://account.ninjatrader.com/trading-mode. How do I get to the dashboard screen? Thanks.

So I may look into this further can you tell me what brokerage you have your account with and what provider you use when connecting within NinjaTrader Desktop.

Currently the account dashboard displaying account information, plans, etc. will only be visible for NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts, demo accounts or an account that uses Tradovate for their connection.
