Playback does not display historical data

no historical data during playback. only marketReplay data works

everything was working fine and then boom nothing
here is a picture

please help, how do I fix it?

Ensure that the historical data source you're using is still accessible and functioning properly. Sometimes, data providers may have temporary outages or changes in their services that could affect playback.

We don't have enough information to determine what could be preventing you from playing this historical data. Please email your log and trace files at platformsupport@ninjatrader[dot]com using the instructions below:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I fix it by downloading Tick and Minute data
