Playback - Freezing

I have been having trouble with my playback the last few days. I used to be able to replay data for an entire quarter such as 12-23 or 3-24. But now the playback will randomly freeze. Sometimes I get a month other times a week of playback. I can still access all of the menus and options in NJ but I cannot get the playback to "unfreeze" and continue. If I attempt to close NJ it asks all of the usual "are you sure" questions but never closes. I have to use MS task manager to close NJ.

Can someone enlighten me on why data playback isn't working.

I have updated NJ to 8.1.3.0. I can't remember if I was having trouble with playback before the update.

Follow-up. I have uninstalled the newest NJ and installed the previous version. Still the playback function freezes at random. I have also redownloaded all of the replay data and still playback fails. I have not installed any new indicator either.

Please resolve playback issue ASAP.
