I am having issues with the strategy analyzer crashing during optimization no matter how long the optimization is. NT loses connection multiple times and then freezes. Please help with this as I have attached my logs and really need help. It appears that the connection is being lost and no logs from the optimizations are available in the strategy analyzer log folder. Thank you!

Hi,
I am having issues with the strategy analyzer crashing during optimization no matter how long the optimization is. NT loses connection multiple times and then freezes. As the attached log files might include personal information, such as your account number, I've removed them from being publicly accessible.
To track down what occurred, we would like to take a closer look at the remaining trace files as well.
Could you contact us through the platform directly? We can then best assist you further.
You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support
Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief note in the message referring to this post.
The log & trace files are then automatically submitted to us.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files to our team instead:- Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com, referring to this post
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
