NT8 Crashes when Order Filled

Hello NT8 Support,
I would like you to know that NT8 is crashing when an order is filled.
This has only recently began happening. NT8 does not freeze or provide an error message. It simply crashes.
It is occurring in real-time and in Playback.
Not sure how to isolate the problem.
I recently installed a third-part trade copier, I figured it may be causing the issue, however, I removed the indicator and tested in playback and it still crashed.
It seems to occur when I have entered more than one ATM position. Then it does not crash on the 1st Profit Target but crashes when the 2nd profit target is filled.
Any suggestions on moving forward?
