Demo account connection problems

Hello. I'm having problems connecting to my demo account. I have an account with a funding company and I have no problems connecting, however, when I connect to my ninjatrader simulation account, it does not connect me, it gives me the error "invalid username or password".
I have checked the username and password on another NT installed on another PC, and it connects without any problem.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

I'd advise that you contact our team directly via email so that we can collect diagnostic files and look into what the issue may be. You can email us from the platform by going to Help > Email Support. Make sure to provide a description of the problem and to leave the 'Log and trace files' box checked.
