Error during uninstalling NT8

I try to update NinjaTrader8, but I run into an error:

During the uninstalling of the previous version, the system is looking for the file 'Ninja.Trader.Install.R8-0-28-0.msi'
But... , there is no file 'Ninja.Trader.Install.R8-0-28-0.msi'... .

I tried to:

• Uninstall NT8 with the Windows Controle Centre
• Run the Update from Ninja Trader website
• Manually deleting NT8

The error keeps comming back.

How can I solve this?

Which part of that is the error that you are referring to? Is it the text below:

A screenshot would be helpful so that I can better understand exactly what the error looks like and when it appears.

Are you able to remove the program after running the Installation Troubleshooter from Microsoft website?
