    Trade performance showing strange numbers

    Hi,

    Recently started with the SIM account and been having issues with the "Trade Performance" tab.
    Ive added a screenshot of it but its showing me crazy commissions number which in turn seem to make other statistic not very reliable either. When I calculate my own trades they correspond to what Im seeing in the Control Center Account tab tho, but id like to see some more in depth data through the trade performance. Am I missing something here or is there some bug causing this?

    Hello Pattontje,

    Thank you for the message.

    1. The values shown in the accounts tab are mostly sent directly from the Broker so those values should be correct.

    2. The Trade Performance report in your picture has April 15th - April 22nd selected. This is multiple days of possible trades that will show while the Accounts tab will only show the values for this session.

    3. The Trade Performance Session is from 12:00 am - 12:00am or Midnight to Midnight. The Accounts tab is the actual trading session from 5:00 pm CST - 4:00 pm CST.

    4. Currently, when viewing an account on the "NinjaTrader" connection, it will only show the literal commission values without the NFA, Exchange, or Order routing fees included.
    • Our development team is aware of the desire to have those added back in and is working to bring them back in a future update.
    5. For now, you could use the Reports section of your Dashboard which has greater flexibility and accuracy than the Trade Performance window, or refer to the official Daily and Monthly Statements from your broker:
    Finally, please make sure you are using NinjaTrader 8.1.3.0 or higher. Go to the Control Center > Help > About.

    If you aren't using the version mentioned above, please follow the steps below to update:
    • Login into your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard
    • Click "Download" in the bottom left-hand corner of the sidebar
    • Select "Download" in the "Most Recent Release" section
    • Once the installation is downloaded, ensure any previous version of NinjaTrader is closed before running the installation package.

    After completing the installation, you can log into the platform using the same username and password as your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard.
    • Note: Updating NinjaTrader Desktop will not affect any custom configurations, workspaces, or add-ons.
    • A visual walkthrough of the update process may be found here in our Help Center.

      Thanks you for the quick response. The Trade Performance tab is showing me $972 over a total of 34 trades. I've been trading 2 contracts of the mnq which if I'm correct should be $3.48 per trade?

      I'll try the rest of the things you mentioned when im behind the pc and see if anything changes but this cant be correct right?

      Edit: Have checked the rest of your suggestions, im running the correct version of Ninjatrader and Ive downloaded my performance through the web app. It does show me a different commission number than the Trade Performance tab again.
      Trade Performance tab is showing me $18 every single trade I do.

        Please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:
        • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
        • To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
        • Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
        • Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
        • Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
        • Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
          • Send the email
