Custom indicator does not uninstall

I've installed a custom indicator that was not very useful, but when I removed it, my platform kept crashing (see trace attached), so I had to install it again.

In the trace file attached (created after I uninstalled the indicator pjsReversalDetector and NT kept crashing) I can see that NT still looks for the indicator, despite having been removed by Tools - remove Ninja script assembly.

How can I get rid of this unwanted indicator?

I have and I have received the most unhelpful answer that some platform indicators are corrupt and no solution as to what to do further.

Also, my question where did he see the platform indicators corrupt and why NT doesn't uninstall this particular indicator because of other indicators (corrupt or not), especially since everything else seems to be working fine, remained unanswered so far

Actually, the reply doesn't have the case number xxx in the subject (it may be Case #04374673 though)
