    Dear ninjatrader brokerage

    Please find out what happened with the 30 minutes of no data on equity indices and only crude. This is becoming all too common. We clients will be expecting an email on what happened, I hope you fire whoever the data vendor is, be it CQG and(or) Rithmic (Both have gone downhill in recent years anyway).

    Can't you work out something with CME directly and not deal with these unreliable vendors.

      Why apologize? You're a paying client.

      Other brokerages, sent out emails when they had outages, like AMP, RJO etc.

        Thank you very much for your posts.

        CQG experienced a brief outage today, resulting in us not receiving real-time or historical data for the first 29 minutes of the session.

        We have been in contact with CQG and they have since resolved any issues affecting real-time data.

        Historical data is currently being backfilled and will be available within the coming hours.

        Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions about this!​

          Thanks for letting us know! I had a feeling it was CQG (again) unfortunately.

          Hopefully, it won't occur again.
