Unhandled exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
Help please! Friday morning I received this error message when trying to connect to my apex tradovate eval accounts. Along with the message was an audio saying, "order filled". The accounts never appeared and the dot was yellow. Not having time to troubleshoot I ended up uninstalling the app and reinstalling it later on in the evening. I went through the whole setup process and I attempted to connect with failed results. Now the error message doesn't appear, but the audio is still there with the yellow dot and the absence of my accounts. I also deleted all saved workspaces in the process. The ninjatrader mobile app displays my accounts, and I have no problem on the tradovate web version. So not sure what the problem is!?Tags: None

Ok! i just tried to connect again for the first time since Friday evening and the result was the same. I went into "connections", and "configure", then "my ninjatrader" and checked the box "connect on startup". Exiting the platform then signing back in with no problems! The green dot and all accounts appeared and like normal.

Well...while the accounts show face in the connections list now....the chats wont load! Not sure if its because the market is closed, but charts show on all other charting platforms that I frequent. so, it looks as though there is still an issue preventing me from using the desktop app. I would just use tradovate, but I use ninjatrader because I can scale the windows to fit on screen with my other charting platform in a way that works for me. Not including that a paid for the apex trade copier that I can only utilize on the ninjatrader platform. Really just a hug inconvenience and a waste of time to have to deal with this issue!

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
