New to the platform. Able to login to ninjatrader account on my phone but when I try to login on the desktop chrome (XPS 8930, i7 3.2GHz, 16GB ram, windows 11, 1T HD and 256 SSD) in Chrome browser, the screen never loads anything, it just goes blank after I enter my login/PW and select "login" Started trying to login on the desktop yesterday. I'm wanting to download the desktop platform but can't ever get logged in to allow this.
I have Thinkorswim downloaded and runs without any problem. Youtube videos play without any problem (no obvious interment speed problems). Went through basic trouble shooting restarted, checked firewall/security/popup settings (don't know much about these tho) confirmed I have .net framework installed. The computer was recently purchased and has essentially no other programs on it. Could there be a setting on my computer that needs to be changed to allow the login to move forward? I'm not techy... not great with computers, any thoughts are very appreciated.
