My Ninja Trader Continuum login failed error

I have a problem operating the account

Have you tried?

Disconnect the 'Simulated Data Feed' in the Connections menu.

Then try connecting 'My NinjaTrader Continuum' again.

The Simulated Data Feed is meant to be used all by itself,
it does not play well with other connections. Same thing
with the Playback Connection.

Beware, today is a Saturday, and markets are closed.

The point is, if ever the Continuum folks need to do
server maintenance, it will be on a weekend.

While doing server maintenance, all logins to that
connection will fail for all users. You just have to
wait for the server techs to finish and restart the
servers.

Unfortunately, this unavailability due to weekend
server maintenance is always unannounced.

Another thing ...

NinjaTrader failed login messages do not distinguish
why the Continuum connection failed to connect.

I mean, NinjaTrader error messages imply an incorrect
password when the servers are unavailable on weekends.
My point is, that error message (esp on weekends) is
usually lying. The error is at the server, not with you.

When markets reopen on Sunday afternoon, then you
can judge whether the failed to connect error message
has anything to do with incorrect credentials.
