Platform Crash "Object ref, not set to an Instance of an object" when opening Editor

Hello support,

I would appreciate your help with this one.

What can I do to fix this problem? I cannot open the editor, I do not know which file is causing this problem.

Please contact our technical support team at platformsupport@ninjatrader[dot]com with your log and trace files. Instructions below:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
