Missing historical data

Please see the attached screenshots.

There is missing historical data between roughly April 5, 2023 and April 16, 2023 when connected to NinjaTrader Continuum. I'm trying to load the data using MES 06-23. The same happens using MNQ 06-23. The third screenshot shows the settings which should allow the platform to load 365 days of intraday (4-hour) MES data until June 16, 2023.

The command "Reload All Historical Data" does not solve the problem.
The platform version is 8.0.28.0 64-bit.

Is it possible the existing historical data has become corrupted?

You may clear your downloaded historical data using the steps below:

• Shut down NinjaTrader
• Go to the 'Documents/NinjaTrader 8/db' folder on your computer
• Remove the 'cache', 'day', 'minute', and 'tick' folders
• Important: Do not remove any other files within the NinjaTrader Documents folder

Thank you for the solution, but unfortunately, it did not solve the problem (attached screenshot on the 15-minute). If there are any logs that I could send to you somehow, I would like to do that.
