problem to close one of two ongoing ATM position

Hello.
This is my question. In chart trader. I have two different ATMs

ATM 1- has 5 Lots. 10 pts SL and 20 pts TP

ATM 2- has 10 lots. with 30 pts SL and 50 pts TP.

I want to do this and I don't know how to do this in Ninja. so, guide me please.

Assume this: At 10 AM- I entered with ATM 1- Long. At 10:05 AM, then I entered with ATM 2- Long.

- Now, I am changing my Mind. At 10:15 AM, I am thinking, I want to close ATM 2-LONG and it's associated OCO -TP SL orders

So, question is how to do that?

Note down this: when I close ATM 2 manually, I want to ensure that my ongoing ATM 1 position and its related TP/SL should not be impacted.


Please guide.

Thank you for reaching out.

All of the NinjaTrader order entry interfaces preserve FIFO (First In First Out) status with the exchanges when possible.

To partially close open ATM positions, you would need to deselect/select the ATM template to None after the order is in play, then they can choose the quantity they want to Sell or Buy off (edited)
For example:

I Buy 3 contracts with my ATM on.

Then deselect/select "none" as my ATM

Next I change the contract quantity to 2, and click Sell market.

This would close out / subtract 2 of my 3 open Long positions while still maintaining the original ATM on the 1 remaining Long position.
