OIF File Error from Tradestation - System.IO.IOException was Thrown

It appears that when writing a file to the NinjaTrader8\incoming folder that the file is still locked. This causes the file to not be read in NT and also throws an error in Tradestation and kills the strategy. Is there a resolution to writing or moving the file without the locking issue?

It looks like you are getting this error message on an EasyLanguage indicator from within TradeStation. We advise that youcontact the vendor, or if you are the author of this indicator please contact tradestation.

I was told that NT8 does not support email interface with Tradestation 10. Is this correct?

This seems to be correct, the set up is supported for version 9.XX of TS. From the Help Guide:

"The following set up is for TradeStation Version 9.XX..."
