    Unhanded Exception using Strategy builder

    Everything working seamlessly until this morning. Was testing and using Analyzer all day (4/17/2024). Ran it next morning and Unhanded error keeps occurring crashing my system full close. Installed new updated version, still same issue. Please help.

    Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

    Please email your log and trace files to support@ninjatrader[dot]com using the instructions below:
    • Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the email above.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
