Problem with display Futures

Hello,
I connected the NinjaTrader with the Interactive Broker.
Future data works until July, but I cannot load / display the later future data.
Is this a problem with Ninja Trader or Interactive Broker?

For further assistance on this, please email your log and trace files to support@ninjatrader[dot]com. You can generate these files by following the instructions below:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments along with your email as mentioned above.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
