Third party accounts not showing up in Ninja Trader

I can no longer connect through Topstep. I have imported their license key on the Ninja Trader website as well as configured my Topstep credentials within the platfrom as I usually do. Might there be something else on Ninja Trader's end why I cannot connect?

Is it TopStep Rithmic or Tradovate? TopStep told me their Tradovate accounts don't work with NinjaTrader so I needed to switch to TopStep Rithmic in order to connect with NinjaTrader
