Candle are not updating

candles dont load in, price changes but new candles dont work, cant send a video but basically candle will just be huge and stand in the same time when i opened the chart, until i change the time frame from it then back to it, it will update then do the same thing again. yes i updated internet time, yes the trading time is 24/7 default, its really annoying, it has happened before and it usually happens during new york session open

I see the instrument you are trying to load is a Eurex Exchange instrument.

What broker are you connected to?

What happens when you try to load a CME exchange instrument, like the ES JUN24? How about the NQ JUN24? Does the Chart load as expected? If it does, this would mean your account does not have live data for Eurex exchange instruments.

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
