Ninja Trader Error Codes (Help)

Hello,

I'm new to Ninja Trader, started using it on Monday. Woke up today and went to login when I was greeted with a bunch of error codes. I'm positive I know the passwords for each one of these accounts. The app is now making me do Captcha verification for everything. I purchased a Trade Copier bot that I've been using all week and now it says I don't have a valid license. What do I do?

At first glance, it seems as though a Machine ID change was triggerred by a PC update.

However, for us to investigate properly:

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
