Abnormal Application State Detected

Hello Team,

I run an automated trading strategy on NinjaTrader. From time to time I see error messages when Ninja gets disconnected. The strange thing is that the connection is then automatically re-established. So the connection light is green and charts / price feed is working fine. However the strategy is no longer able to place trades. It does not throw any errors - it will simply stop posting orders.
Is there some way to detect this behaviour from within the strategy? Something like a health check?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

Please contact our technical support team with the following information:

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
