I just bought a new machine and was getting all of Apex/NT8 setup installed and I've now run into an issue with connecting to my Rithmic account in Ninjatrader. I can log on to Rithmic by itself just fine, but in NT8 I get the "Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection (Logon failed)" message.
I saw on an older post an admin noted that a previous user who had this error was being blocked because windows update changed his "Machine ID." Is this something that can be fixed for me by NT staff?
