Cannot connect to Dorman with CQG
I have an existing Dorman account with CQG. Separately, I have a lifetime multivendor Ninja license. Trouble is, I cannot connect to my Dorman account. Error message says "My NinjaTrader Continuum: The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use NinjaTrader with NinjaTrader Continuum. (Panic)". Dorman has configured my account on their end for "NinjaTrader - CQG Trader". Please advise.Tags: None

Thank you for reaching out.
If your Dorman account is CQG based, I believe you should be using the generic " CQG" connection.
Have you tried this connection type instead?
If you do not have this connection option available, or are certain that the connection you should be using is "NinjaTrader Continuum":
Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Make sure to categorize your request at the top.
Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
