First please go to the Control Center->Help->About and confirm you have version 8.1.3.0 installed. If you do not first please upgrade with the steps provided below:

• Login into the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard
• Click "Download" in the bottom left-hand corner of the sidebar
• Next select "Download" in the "Most Recent Release" Window in the main screen
• Once the installation had downloaded, ensure any previous version of NinjaTrader is closed before running the installation package.
  • Note: You may need to locate this in your "Downloads" folder in a Windows File Explorer

Next prior to opening NinjaTrader please rename your database with the steps below:

• Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 8--> db--> "NinjaTrader.sqlite" file (may only say 'NinjaTrader' depending on your Windows File Explorer settings)
• Right click on NinjaTrader.sqlite and select "Rename"
• Name it "OLDNinjaTrader.sqlite"
• Then open NinjaTrader which will create a fresh database file to use

Please let me know if the issue persists after these procedures.
