I have the volume profile add-on. The indicator has a plethora of options. Can you tell me how I can set it so that I just see the value area high, value area low, and the point of control?

The easiest way to hide any information you don't want displayed on the chart is by setting the color of this information to "Transparent":
If you are uncertain about what each option displays, my suggestion would be to set all of them to Transparent before enabling e.g. the POC. By comparing this to the display of the Developing POC or including it, you can then best assess which information you would like to display.
