Cannot create additional sim accounts

I am trying to create additional sim accounts. I create the account, it shows up on my accounts page without a connection. I disconnect and reconnect and it disappears.

Thank you for your inquiry and for using NinjaTrader!

This feature would require that you be in Multi Provider mode to work. To enable Multi Provider, you may use the guide at the link below;

How To Enable Multi-Provider Mode on NinjaTrader Desktop

To connect while in Multi Provider mode, you will need to create and connect to your connection using the guide at the link below;

NinjaTrader Connection Guide when Multi-Provider Mode is Enabled

Once you've completed the above, you will then have the ability to create and use custom simulation accounts from the Accounts tab.
