Could you please provide us with more details regarding what you mean by you "set up a strategy to run during US equities RTH" so we may accurately assist?
Are you using a Time Filter in the strategy to limit the timeframe that the strategy placed trades?
When you mention it "immediately entered a trade" are you referring to a historical (virtual) position that the strategy calculated when it was enabled?
Are you enabling the strategy using the Start Behavior of Immediately Submit?
Have you added debugging prints to the strategy to understand exactly how it is behaving?
