New bar does not start at 9:30am

When market open at 9:30AM EST, my chart starts the bar at 9:45 if chart interval is set to 15mis. It will start at 9:35 if chart interval is set to 5mins. I want to start the new bar at session start. How can I set this?

I have attached the screenshot comparing Ninja chart, Sierra chart and Tradingview chart.

You can’t (afaik, unless someone knows a ‘workaround’).
All bar time stamps in Ninja are ‘bar close’ (unlike most if not all other platforms) which results in the ‘expected’ behaviour you’re observing - a 1m bar stamped 0930 is 0929:00:01 to 0930, 5m 0925:00:01 to 09:30 etc.
’twas ever thus - search Forum NT7 and before for further info. Unlikely it will change.
    Best,

      Hello gl_zwp,

As brucerobinson mentioned, this would be expected. NinjaTrader is hardcoded to timestamp bars at the end of the bar. This is not something that can be controlled by the native settings of the platform.
