Chart Not Updating

Although I'm connected and I can see the bid and ask orders changing, my chart has not updated. I have reloaded historical but still chart not showing current price. Please help.

Hello,

Does the issue persist if you restart the platform? Does this persist on other instruments as well? If you check the log tab of the control center, do any errors appear?

Hello Ryan,
I restarted Ninjatrader, used a different instruments, connected to both Demo and Live account, and no errors appears in the log file. The problem still persist, I still show the last price since March 14 eventhough the buy and ask data is changing.
