Can't get DX Chart up

When I pull up the DX futures contract, I only get one of historical data on the chart. How can I fix this issue?

Currently there is an issue with ICE data on our servers which means it will be unavailable at this time. We are working towards a resolution but unfortunately do not have a time table for a fix at this time.

I am also unable to load charts for any security other than cryptocurrencies, futures and indexes. Is this a similar issue?

Hello,

If trying to load stock data you would need to be connected to a stock data provider such as Kinetick, Interactive Brokers, or Barchart. If connected to any other connection this would not support stock data.
