I use ninjamobiletrader vps because their service includes help to connect tradovate accounts with NinjaTrader, and also includes using the Tradovate account (and simultaneously with other account types) on desktop versions instead of web.

Purchasing the Lifetime Account Plan gives you lower commissions with NinjaTrader Brokerage and access to the Order Flow + indicators for free for life. That is it.

There isn't anything extra that would need to be purchased to connect a Tradovate-based account within the NinjaTrader 8.1.2.1 Platform.


If you have an Evaluation Account, then reach back out to their support team and ask where you can use the account and what kind of limitations it has.


If you want to use the 8.0.28.0 platform, then download and use it. You would need to put in the license key that your evaluation provider sent you to be able to see and set up the connection.
