Export Executions to CSV file by Default?

Is it possible to set CSV as the default file format for exports from the Trade Performance Executions window. My journaling software requires CSV.

If you right click the results and select 'export' this should default to a .CSV file already. If it does not this may be a setting that has been changed on your machine.

Mine defaults to .xlsx. I have several computers and they all default to .xlsx. I'm guessing it's because Excel has been installed.

Any idea how I can change this?

Hello,

This may be determined by your PC settings rather than NinjaTrader. Testing on my end the default is to export to .csv with an option for .xlsx. You may need to default file type for these type of exports on your machine to have it default to .csv
