Market data not showing

Hi team,
Today i connected to my ninjatrader connection and realized that when i open a chart i dont have real-time data or any type of data at all. The latest it shows is yesterday at closing market 1700 ET.

I have a subscription to the CME data so i should be able to see the @NQ.

Can you please let me know how to navigate this issue or ideas how to solve this?

Today is a market holiday -- Good Friday -- futures markets are closed.

Hi I am new and writing a swing strategy based on bar close as default property. The strategy is for 120Min and 240Min charts.
Does this mean that it will take entry and exit at the bar close when the conditions are met?
So if I optimize with 240m and high tick data, why am I not getting the same results as optimization? Since I trading at the bar close.
