Can I take trade on sunday 31 to avoid inactivity fee?

(Was going to take one today but it's a holiday today 29th friday so that doesn't work)

For inactivity fee, the close of the last trading day at 4PM is taken as the last moment that you can trade to avoid inactivity fee. So it was thursday 4PM.
On days when the market reopens at 5PM, the trades that you do then, are registered at the next trading day. So trades after 5 PM are for the next trading day.
