Active orders warning

Hi,

I usually closes all the orders and disconnect the session after trading is done. Sometimes i get this below warning while disconnecting account. To compare, i opened the same account in tradovate but i don't see any open orders.

I tried to following but still no luck.
1) I checked Ninja Trader's Orders tab but tha'ts too clumsy. I couldn't find out if any active orders.
2) Right click on Chart Trader and select Cancel all orders and Flatten Everything

Still same issue. Is there anyway we can check active orders? or clearing all orders?

Hello,

If you go to the 'accounts' tab and right click your account to select 'flatten account' this should close any positions and cancel any working orders. If the issue persists, can you please let me know if these are occurring on a sim/demo account, and evaluation account, or a live account?

Issue still exists after cancelling orders and flatten accounts. All are sim accounts. APEX evaluation accounts.

Hello,

On the sim accounts, you should be able to clear any orders by going to the accounts page, right clicking the simulation accounts and selecting 'reset account'. If the orders are on your evaluation accounts, please reach out to them to confirm and clear these orders from your account as necessary.
