For instruments that open on the half hour this would be expected, however instruments such as ES or NQ should plot on the hour since they open at 5pm CST.

Can you specify what instruments you are seeing this with?

I trade the ES. on Ninjatrader Desktop the 1h chart it will open 14:30 ECT, Regular
On Ninjatrader web thed first bar is already open 14H ECT

To clarify, are you seeing bars start on the half hour within the desktop platform or the web platform?

If on Desktop, this is likely due to the time zone the platform is set to. If you right click the chart and select 'data series' and change the 'trading hours' option to 'default 24x7' does this resolve the issue?

Hello,

On web, the data range would be starting at your custom time, however the cursor you are seeing will still be plotted to the whole hour. The data series time frame will edit the OHLC values based on the data range during the specified time, so this would be expected.

ES regular trading hours begins 08:30 EST
1st Q: 1 hour chart on NT Web RTH begins 8:00 EST and plot 8 bars every trading session
could i do somethin about it to trade like everybody else or not `?

2nd Q: is it possible to have the weekly chart on NT Web, and how. I tried 168h...10080Min...Nothing helps
