Alternative, improved DOM for NT8 - Any recommendations?

Hello all,

I searched around a bit and see a ton of requests and complains about improving the Ninjatrader DOM, but not surprisingly nothing have happened so far (sorry NT, just the harsh truth).

The only third party add-on I can see is the SuperDOM series by tradingorderflow.com, but I don't think I'm interested in paying $400 for a new DOM at the moment. Another alternative would be the Jigsaw DOM, but that one's become pricey as well.

Any other alternatives or ways to improve the native DOM on NT8?

The Volume histogram on the DOM is a welcome addition, but couldn't a volume histogram on the actual Buy/Sell columns on the DOM be very quickly implemented as well?

Would make it much easier to read than numbers alone.

There is no other options besides the ones you already refered... Im surprised is a addon can remove the fixed DOM. And move the columns, and the original is ment not be used. Seems NT8 policy to make things bad so we have to buy third party indicators or addons. Wish i never bought this platform. The limitations for professional trading are imense.
