Unable to remove pending orders (status "cancel pending" and "cancel submitted")

Hi team,

Since a few days ago, I had a couple of entry orders that I cannot cancel and remove from the Order tab in the Sim account. See attached screenshot.

I tried to click in the X or even right-click and cancel but the 2 orders dont dissapear. Even if i close the app, the orders still appear there.

Any idea how can i remove them?

Hi Link - I had similar but on my live account, I was referred to this response and followed his instruction and it worked for me. You might want to try his suggestion on the Sim Account. Good luck.
