Trading equities on Ninjatrader?

Good morning,

I am very impressed by Ninjatrader's automated trading system. I would like to use this system on stocks, because as far as I am aware, no Strategy Builder exists like it does for equities. Does the Ninjatrader platform allow you to trade stocks?

Yes, you could create a custom NinjaScript strategy in the Strategy Builder and run the strategy on stocks (Equities) as long as you have a data feed subscription for those instruments and are connected to your data feed provider in the Control Center > Connections menu.

NinjaTrader only offers data for Indexes and Futures so you would need to find a data provider that offers Equities data. Below is a help guide page detailing the supported NinjaTrader data providers and the data they offer.
